Obsessive compulsive disorder does not have to rule your life. You can take back your own personal power by using an effective O.C.D. cure. This will help you better than taking medications because medications only deal with symptoms. As a result, they can only work for as long as you take them. Natural healing methods offer permanent results.

Can I recommend an excellent new book? It’s called “Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Demystified” by Cheryl Carmin, PhD. I did a bit of editing on the manuscript, and I have to say, I think her book would be helpful for someone with any form of OCD. Covers it all. And she’s not a big fan of medication, prefers cognitive behavior therapy.
